Cisco DNA Center (DNAC)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cisco DNA Center is the foundational controller and analytics platform at the heart of Cisco\u2019s intent-based network. It offers centralized, intuitive management that makes it fast and easy to design, provision, and apply policies across your network environment. The Cisco DNA Center UI provides end-to-end network visibility and uses network insights to optimize network performance and deliver the best user and application experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DNAC have 4 major components.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Design <\/li>
  2. Policy<\/li>
  3. Provision<\/li>
  4. Assurance<\/li>
  5. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Design<\/strong>–   Set up network parameters: shared services, IP pools, wireless<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Policy<\/strong> –   Create the virtual network –<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    –  Create the group-based policy<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Provision fabric – <\/strong>  Create a single fabric site<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    –  Onboard endpoints to the fabric <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Assurance<\/strong> – Proactively predict performance through machine
    learning to correlate user, device, and application data for
    contextual business and operational insights. Identify issues and
    provide actionable insight to deliver better, more personalized
    experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Some Pre-Requisites before deploying ( can also be deployed some of them, but for the full blown solution good to have all of them to get the solution end to end delivered.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Software requirement for the Device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This can also integrate with some 3rd party vendors<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Note : Required basic device and Software requirement for the DNAC to work, some legacy support not there as per the requirement, but this is good solution for the new Green Field or Infrastructure upgrade or network refresh project, one place for the end to end delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
